Irish gay activist Brendan Fay presented the 2019 luminary award to Consul General Ciaran Madden this past Sunday.
Brendan Fay, founder of the Irish LGBT group Lavender and Green Alliance Alliance and St. Pats For All, was invited by Bruce Pacter of the organizing committee to speak and present the award at the event opening the week 50th anniversary of the Stonewall uprising in New York.
The Irish LGBT group Lavender and Green Alliance is celebrating 25 years of community organizing. All are welcome to join them as they carry posters of their loved ones and movement pioneers
