The New York Restaurant Show was named one of Trade Show Executive Magazine’s Fastest 50 Growing Trade Shows in the US. The show provides an opportunity for people in the food industry to be seen and connect, whether they\u2019re an independent owner, a quick-serve restaurant operator, chef, caterer, baker, bar or nightclub operator, hospital, hotel, or commercial food service personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For restaurateurs and chefs looking to get a leg up, the NY Restaurant Show also features educational lectures and informative demonstrations as part of a three day education program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, the one and only\u00a0acclaimed restaurateur, author and star of “Top Chef,” Tom Colicchio, will headline the Culinary Innovation Theater at 2 pm on Monday, March 24th. The master chef will showcase his culinary expertise and shares insights from his new book,\u00a0“Why I Cook.” He will offer a glimpse into his thoughts on his plans as a chef, the future of restaurants, and his legacy.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also, Melba Wilson, acclaimed chef, restaurateur and author, will headline the Culinary Innovation Theater at 2 pm on Tuesday, at the 2025 Restaurant Show. The event features this James Beard nominee, a true Harlem native, who embodies the essence of New York. She is one of the most successful African-American women in the restaurant and catering industries.
