Sober St. Patrick\u2019s Day will again \u201creclaim the day\u201d with its signature family-friendly alcohol-free celebration of the best Ireland on Saturday, March 16.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 13th annual edition of this internationally renowned event kicks off just as New York City\u2019s St. Patrick\u2019s Day Parade is wrapping up, 4.30 pm to 7 pm at the Church of the Epiphany Parish Hall at 375 2nd Avenue (between 21st and 22nd Streets).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOnce again, we\u2019ll gather to celebrate Ireland\u2019s biggest day through the arts, culture, food, and warm welcome the Irish are known for,\u201d Sober St. Patrick\u2019s Day founder and chairperson William Spencer Reilly said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSt. Patrick\u2019s Day should be a celebration of the richness of Irish culture and the legacy of St. Patrick, rather than an excuse for overindulging in alcohol.
