Teelings Whiskey Distillery, Dublin<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The Teeling Whiskey Distillery in the heart of Dublin\u2019s historic Newmarket has unveiled a number of exciting upgrades to its visitor experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The highly popular attraction, which has welcomed over half a million visitors since opening in 2015, has enhanced the storytelling aspect on the ground floor. In a collaboration with Dublin street artist Shane Sutton, visitors now follow a street art storyline around the walls of the space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Lego replicate of the distillery produced for its sixth birthday is now on display in this area, as is the range of Teeling Whiskeys released over recent years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Using the distillery\u2019s new international language app, whiskey lovers can opt to join a guided tour of the fully operational distillery to see all aspects of production while hearing the tour details in their own language on their phone. The app offers French, Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch and Mandarin translations of the tour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The scripts for the tours have also been updated and visitors are now welcomed with a new video presented in the upgraded \u2018Cocoon\u2019 space, which seats 30 people and has state-of-the-art audio-visual facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A trip to Teeling Whiskey Distillery is a feast for all the senses. Its engaging and educational tour makes the most of being cleverly interwoven with the sights, sounds, smells and tastes of a hard-working distillery. Visitors can now even nose the award-winning \u2018Teeling Small Batch Whiskey\u2019 straight from the barrel in the Maturation Space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Teeling Whiskey Distillery was Dublin\u2019s first, new, operational distillery in over 125 years when it opened its doors in 2015. It is run by brothers Jack and Stephen Teeling, whose ancestor Walter Teeling set up a craft distillery in the city in 1782.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The distillery was named \u2018Best Visit\u2019 in Ireland at the CIE Awards 2020 and was awarded the top honor of \u2018Sustainable Distillery of the Year\u2019 at Whisky Magazine\u2019s 2022 Icons of Irish Whiskey Awards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ireland is a world leader in whiskey experiences and Teeling Whiskey Distillery is just one of 23 distilleries across the island that welcome visitors and help them to discover the stories behind the distinctive texture and flavor of each locality and each unique spirit. <\/p>\n
