Meet Me in St. Louis<\/strong><\/em> is a little something to cheer you up for the Christmas holidays that will be happening on your digital screen for your enjoyment presented by The Irish Repertory Theatre.<\/p>\n

Here’s a new digital adaptation of the classic production, an abridged version of the Broadway musical\u00a0Meet Me in St. Louis<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0(1989), based on the 1944 film of the same name starring Judy Garland<\/strong>. In this heartwarming holiday musical, the Smith<\/strong> family grapples with life changes and new love in a bustling St. Louis on the brink of the 1904 World\u2019s Fair. This special edition is adapted and director by Rep co-founder Charlotte Moore (Anna Smith<\/strong> in the original Broadway cast) and includes such favorite tunes as \u201cThe Trolley Song,\u201d \u201cThe Boy Next Door,\u201d and \u201cHave Yourself a Merry Little Christmas,\u201d along with romantic suitors, comedic misunderstandings, and jovial pranks that make this musical a holiday treat for families of all ages, no matter where you\u2019re celebrating this year.<\/p>\n

The Irish Rep last presented\u00a0Meet Me in St. Louis<\/em>\u00a0in 2007.
