Everton boss Sam Allardyce will hold a media conference ahead of Everton\u2019s final game of the season later today.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this week Allardyce said he wanted England\u2019s and Manchester United\u2019s record goalscorer to see out the final year of his contract next season.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere have been rumors about Wayne going abroad: China or America.
