If you have not visited O'Casey's on East 41st Street between Madison and Fifth Avenue you must as they are holding a Grand Opening soon with drink specials all night and all are welcome.

First of all I would like to wish all our readers a very Happy Thanksgiving and we hope you have a great holiday season.

On Thursday December 3rd the Ancient Order of Hibernians are having a benefit to support the AOH Christmas appeal fund at O'Reilly's Pub (31st Street and Broadway) with entertainment by Tom Casey.

All are welcome (there's a suggested $20 donation). For more information call Tim Myles at (516) 660-7456 or email him at timtam614@aol.com or just visit www.aoh.com. A lot is happening as we approach the Christmas Holiday with Celtic Woman: Songs From The Heart's New York metro area premiere on Wednesday, December 2 at 7:30pm on WLIW21. Celtic Woman vocalists Lisa Kelly, Chloë Agnew, Lynn Hilary and Alex Sharpe, with violinist Máiréad Nesbitt, perform at Ireland's historic Powerscourt House and Gardens in Enniskerry, County Wicklow.

The musical repertoire features Irish classics ("Danny Boy") contemporary covers (Jimmy Webb's "The Moon's a Harsh Mistress," Mariah Carey's "When You Believe") and original compositions ("O, America!").

The six-piece Celtic Woman band was augmented for this event with the Aontas Choir, a film orchestra, the Discovery Gospel Choir, the Extreme Rhythm Drummers and a bagpipe ensemble.

During WLIW21's premiere, Chloë and Lisa will be live in the studio with details on Celtic Woman's new tour - coming to Radio City Music Hall in February - and will let you know how to get tickets and attend an exclusive meet and greet!

The concert will be two hours long so make sure you check in as this show is going to be sold out.
